2011美国最佳25个滑板板面设计揭晓

美国的Complex lifestyle杂志联合来自纽约brooklyn的KCDC滑板店共同评选出了2011（至11月）最佳的25个滑板板面设计，从著名艺术家Andy Warhol的基金会与Alien Workshop合作款系列2板面，到Santa Cruz 与The Simpsons动画合作的Bart Simpon板面，再到Mark Gonzalez的Krooked板面等等，每一块板面都表达着创作者对滑板和生活的态度。而此次选出的25块板面也仅是KCDC的创始人Amy Gunther和Complex杂志的个人观点。

Complex lifestyle杂志简介：Complex lifestyle 杂志 Marc Ecko 和 Hugh McFall 创立的旨在为读者提供最新的Streetwear，Sneaker，Hiphop 音乐和Graphic Art 资讯，其读者主要以18-30岁的城市居民为主。

KCDC滑板店简介：KCDC是纽约较新的一个滑板店，身在Brooklyn Williamsburg的KCDC起始于2001年，由Amy Gunther和她的朋友们共同创建，KCDC以其强大的包容性并迅速成为了纽约Brooklyn滑板的根据地，在KCDC，你可以看到各种类型的滑手，从庞克,Hiphop到Vert，Pool。同时KCDC还拥有一个Art Gallery，经常会与当地的一些Urban艺术家合办展览，共同推进当地Urban文化的发展。

“If you’re having a midlife crisis just buy a Porsche or something.”

7.Magenta:Quim Cardona Guest Board

“Quim goes native with this tasteful and restrained graphic. Lovely.”

8.Expedition One: Joey Pepper

“You don’t want to see this guy in your hood.”

9.Telegraph:Chainsaw Board

“Nothing says carnage better than a 3.5 horse power, 20” chainsaw.”

10.5BORO Danny Falla Time Square Board

“Harkening back to a time when Time Square was really classy.”

11.KCDC:Dylan James Board

“One super hot day over the summer, the majority of our friends were at the beach. I was so bummed I had to work and Dylan could see that. A man of few words, he said “Hey Amy, why don’t we take our shoes off and pretend we are the beach?” We helped customers all day barefoot. I forgot I wanted to be at the beach and had a big smile the rest of the day. Thanks Dylan for this sick board graphic.”

“The guy who owns this company is some kind of ice cream man / guru who can also fly, tutor underprivileged children, pick up cars, draw photo-realistically and land any trick you can think of first try.”

19.Antihero:Andrew Allen

“This is a reference to a fashion phenomenon called ‘The Nor Cal Barney’.”

20.Girl:Jerson Wilson

“Everyone has this idea in their head that they deserve to be with someone who looks like one of these people. The problem is these are not people, they are gods and gods only date other gods.”
